Nexus Hoster provides the following services:

3D Printing Services: Custom 3D printing of user-provided or pre-designed models

Web Development: Custom website design and development

Web Hosting: Website hosting and maintenance services

E-commerce Solutions: Online store development and management

3Refund and Cancellation Policy

3D Printing Services

❌ NO REFUNDS: All 3D printing orders are custom-made to order and cannot be refunded after purchase.

Website Design Services

❌ NO REFUNDS: Website design services are custom work and cannot be refunded after purchase.

Web Hosting Services

✅ 14-DAY REFUND PERIOD: Hosting services can be refunded within the first 14 days for a full refund.

4Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services for:

Illegal activities or materials

Weapons, weapon parts, or dangerous items

Copyrighted or trademarked materials without permission

Adult content or materials

Items that could cause harm to people or property

Spam, malware, or other malicious content (for web services)

5Limitation of Liability

Nexus Hoster shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
