What file formats do you accept for 3D printing?

We accept STL, OBJ, 3MF, and PLY files. For best results, we recommend STL files with a resolution between 0.1-0.3mm. Files should be manifold (watertight) and properly oriented.

Do you offer refunds for your services?

3D printing and website development services are custom work and cannot be refunded once production begins. However, web hosting plans can be cancelled within 14 days for a full refund. Please see our Terms of Service for complete details.
